The Forum Health Centre is an 8-doctor GMS practice contracted by Coventry Teaching Primary Care Trust to provide primary health care to the residents of North East Coventry. We currently have 13,500 patients on our list (April 2008) and provide services from modern purpose-built premises in Wyken. We have a team of 5 nursing staff, midwife and other health care professionals plus administrative and reception staff to support the clinical staff.
