Patient Panel

The Practice takes the views of patients and carers very seriously, and hence we have set up a Patient Panel to provide a way of listening to views about the services we provide.

Hence we meet every few months to discuss issues such as waiting times, the range of services on offer, the outcome of the annual Patient Survey and plans for the future. If there is a special topic members wish to explore we can ensure the relevant staff attend so that issues can be explored, and ideas and proposals are considered by the GP Partners.

Whilst we like to think we always try to deliver a high quality of service, it is important to get feedback from the recipients of our services and to involve patients in helping us to improve and develop.

The Panel is chaired by one of the patient members. If you are interested in getting involved contact us at admin.m86014@nhs.net and your enquiry will be passed on to a member of the Panel. You must be a patient registered with us. Please note however, that the Panel cannot deal with individual issues or complaints - a formal complaints procedure exists for such things - please ask at Reception or write to the Practice Manager.
