Job VacanciesJob vacancies at the Forum Health Centre:- PRACTICE NURSE/NURSE PRACTITIONER (30-37 hrs per week over 4 or 5 days) - required for minor illness, chronic disease management etc. For the right candidate we can offer a good salary (localised version of Agenda For Change), a professional environment and opportunities for development. We are looking for someone who takes responsbility for their own professional practice and development, whilst being a good team member/leader.
